There is really no arguement about the way niche marketing has taken control of the Internet. People are enthusiastic about this business model because it has great potential for an incredible 1ncome.
Just by itself, niche marketing is an awesome way to earn a living online. But, there is a way to get even more power out of niche marketing.
One of my hobbies is to work on old cars bringing them back to life. I love 70's and 80's Camaros, Firebirds, Trans-Am, Mustangs, and older trucks and jeeps. In working with these muscle cars and trucks one of the things that sets one car apart from another is what's under the hood. The power plant.
The same thing applies to niche marketing. As it grows, and grows, there will be a need to further seperate yourself and create your own identity in one of these three niche marketing add ons.
Monthly Niche Newsletter
One of the great things about niche marketing is that people are obesessed with their niche. They simply can not get enough information or products dealing with their niche.
A monthly niche newsletter that you charge a monthly fee for is going to be a must have income add on in the coming year. Why is that? Because people will be looking for ways to get better information than the same old automated blog content. Poeple will want to learn how to do things not look through a lot of affiliate links.
In order to make this successful you need to create a newsletter that contains top notch information and departments that people will want to read. Look at the plethora of magazines on newsstands today. Find some on your niche and take a look through it. Take in the content. These people are on top of what people want. Use their topics and develop your monthly newsletter around it.
Now you also have another consideration to make and it really doesn't make that much of a difference which one you want to do. You can either offer the newsletter as a .pdf download or one that is printed and mailed. Most people will elect for the download because of the immediacy of it, but it is good to have the option.
Develop Niche Info-Products
One of the things that will have to be done in the future of niche marketing is to create your own original info product. Again, people are going to be looking for more. We simply can not expect to think that the current put up an article and profit model with continue. It has to evolve. There must always be something else.
That's where info products come in. This doesn't have to be scary either. You don't need to create a 300 page novel in order to add extra income to your niche site. A 20 to 50 page ebook will outperfom any ebook that has 300 pages. People want their information in bite sized portions. Not huge meals. Smaller ebooks mean less fluff and more 'to the point' information.

Video is going to be big in niche marketing. With the ease of most areas being able to have high speed internet, video is going to revoluionize the way that marketing and advertising is done on the Internet. Niche marketers are going to have to embrace this new concept.
To do that you have to look, again, at what people want. The entire basis for any kind of success with niche marketing is information. Video can be used to, instead of writing about something, illustrate it by actually seeing how something is done. Look at the success of DIY, and HGTV. You can see how to build, sew, grow, or fix anything. And people eat it up.
Short how to, step-by-step videos, that you can package together and sell, will be even bigger than ebooks ever were. To see this you don't have to look any further than the most successful adult websites. They use video. And people spend billions of dollars a year to see those videos.
Digital movie cameras are not as expensive as they use to be and will very shortly pay for themselves if you create valuable content.
These three niche marketing add ons will be the difference between high earning niche marketers and ones that struggle in the very near future. If information is what niche marketing is all about, you need to upgrade to new levels of providing that information.
