3 steps to get 1000's of targeted visitors to your site.

Everyone wants to know how these websites get to the top of the search engines for a keyword. After all if you are going to start a home business, you will need to do this. These are tested tips that actually work. For an example visit www.msn.com and do a search for affiliate cash vault. You will see that my site www.internet-business-at-home.com is ranked at #2 for that keyword. Here is how I did it:

1. Page Design - You need to have your keyword scattered throughout the page that you want to rank highly for that keyword. Title is very important. The title is what is at the top usually in the blue bar at the top of the window. For example if you visit google.com the title is Google - Microsoft Internet Explorer (Microsoft Internet Explorer is just letting you know which browser you are using, that is not the title)

So, use a title that involves your keyword, it may not necessarily be your domain name. Use your keyword a few more times throughout the content of the page, but don't overdo it. If you read it out loud and it sounds funny, you probably used the keyword too much. Just try to make it flow naturally. Another important thing is to have somewhere near the top of the page your keyword in a larger font. So now we have your keyword in the title, in a large font near the top of the page, and scattered about your page.

2. Back Links

Get some links that point toward the page you want at the top of the search engine. A great way to do this is by blogging. Use blogger.com or you can use writingup.com. Both work well. Another way to do this is by asking other webmasters with similiar content as your site to exchange links with you or just give you a link. You must have good content or the other person probably won't link to you.

3. Submit your site

Submit your site to the search engines about 1 time per month. So do google, yahoo, msn.com so it will get indexed. I do manual submission so I know that it gets done.
